C'mon mate, that's a bit of an overreaction. In fact, I was just in chat when Jay said he saw this post and had no idea what you were talking about. Do you remember the incident at all, what you (supposedly) said to him?

I said a few nasty things, and accused him of being something criminal. Maybe he wasn't there to witness it, which is good. But I still need some time off chat, maybe not Permaban, but definitely some time off, and this post explains everything that needs to be known :). I edited the post now anyway, now that I have calm down a bit.
As you have encouraged me to keep strong, I will do the same, because we all need it right about now. So, keep strong. This too will pass.
