It's a conflict of greedy & unnecessary interests. The Daily Mail wants viewers/readers, so they try to make their headlines & articles as controversial as possible in order to peak others interest, thus gaining more revenue. The Firm don't want their old order of things to be messed with, while Harry & Meghan want to do things their way. It's really just a silly game of televised drama among the elite classes, while the common people of the Anglosphere are actually going through seriously recent changes that affect their livelihood, their line of work, their family members and their health.

You could make an "Idiot Abroad"-type cartoon series, where Dave frequently travels overseas, and just keeps getting every country's culture and history completely wrong, confusing the locals, would make for a great laugh, and for quality education as well.
